The house stands in a lovely garden mainly set to lawns. It is a converted dorma bungalow which in addition to the main body of the house has an attached annexe. This has an en suite bedroom, a sitting room and has underfloor heating on separate thermostats to the main house which makes it a flexible space.
The main part of the house has four bedrooms. The “master” upstairs is en suite and there is also a family WC and shower room for the second upstairs bedroom. Downstairs there are two further rooms that could be bedrooms. One is used as a study as at present. There is also a bath/shower and WC. There is a sizable kitchen with built in “white goods”, a large dining room, and a comfortable lounge with wood burner. There is also a utility room which links the main house and annexe.
The heating is oil fired and the boiler was replaced quite recently, and an extra radiator added in the lounge. The wiring is modern and has been inspected.
Although there is no garage there is a summer house and three sheds, one of which has been used as a wood store. There is generous off-road parking.
